Do I need to buy or store anything?

We supply the agreed materials. Reusable lights and décor remain ours, with collection included where supplied. Easter eggs and Fall natural materials are yours to keep.

Can I plan several holidays at once?

Yes. Plan up to a year ahead, with a separate design, estimate and confirmed date for each setup. There’s no subscription or automatic renewal.

How do I know which package fits?

Compare the package quantities, then tell us about your space. We’ll confirm the layout, access, inclusions and final estimate with you before booking.

What happens afterward?

Christmas includes takedown and storage. Reusable décor collection is included where supplied. You keep Easter eggs and Fall natural materials; natural-material removal is optional and quoted separately.

Can we repeat or refresh last year’s display?

Yes. Tell us what you’d like to keep or change. Returning Christmas lighting customers may qualify for up to 30% off eligible repeat work from their second season. New additions start at standard first-season prices and become eligible the following season. We confirm eligibility and pricing in your estimate.

Can you decorate my home or business?

We style homes and businesses. Tell us your town or ZIP code and the areas you’d like decorated so we can confirm service coverage, access and a suitable setup.

What if my display needs attention?

Contact us for help with an existing display or a booking change. Christmas lighting includes a 48-hour bulb replacement warranty. Fall pumpkin replacement coverage is optional and must be included in your estimate.
